Common use of Revocation of Suspension Clause in Contracts

Revocation of Suspension. 1.53.1 In the event DOT rectifies or removes the cause of suspension within a period no exceeding 2 (two) months from the date of suspension, DOT shall revoke the suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Lessee under this Agreement. 1.53.2 In the event the Lessee cures the Lessee Event of Default within a period not exceeding 3 (three) months from the date of suspension, DOT shall revoke the suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Lessee under this Agreement.
