Borrower shall execute and deliver to the Lender any and all deposit account control agreements the Lender may reasonably request in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Loan Documents, and take all actions and deliver all documents the Lender may reasonably request or require to perfect the Lender’s security interest in the Debt Service Reserve Account, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Loan Documents.
