Common use of RIDER Clause in Contracts

RIDER. The standard ITA Engagement Contract may be designated as a Guaranteed ITA Engagement Contract by the addition of a rider which stipulates: The Theatre and the Artist agree that this ITA Engagement Contract is designated as a Guaranteed ITA Engagement Contract pursuant to the provisions of Clauses 35:03, 35:11, 38:09, 38:11, and 38:15(C) of the ITA. ITA Engagement Contracts which do not contain this wording will not be accepted as Guaranteed ITA Engagement Contracts.
