Rigger’s and Aircraft Liability. If Subcontractor's work involves the moving, lifting, lowering, rigging or hoisting of property or equipment, Subcontractor shall provide Rigger's Liability Insurance to insure against physical loss or damage to the property or equipment. If Subcontractor uses any owned, leased, borrowed, chartered or hired aircraft of any type in the performance of this subcontract, Subcontractor shall procure aircraft liability insurance in an amount of not less than $10,000,000 per occurrence, including Passenger Liability.
