Policies and Limits. The following insurance coverage is required. (2.a) Workers’ Compensation, as required by Applicable Law.
Policies and Limits. Subcontractor shall provide and maintain, at its own expense, insurance policies with responsible carriers approved to do business in the state of California which have a rating of not less than A: VII in the edition of the Best's Key Rating Guide current as of the date the policy is obtained, or otherwise acceptable to Contractor, of the following types and amounts:
(1) Workers' Compensation and Employer’s Liability. Workers' Compensation, which shall comply with the statutory requirements of the state in which the work is being performed; and Employer’s Liability Insurance with policy limits of: a) $1,000,000 each accident for bodily injury by accident, b) $ 1,000,000 policy limit for bodily injury by disease, and c) $ 1,000,000 each employee for bodily injury by disease. U.S. Xxxxxxxxx and Harborworkers Compensation Act Endorsement and Maritime Coverage Endorsement shall be provided when Subcontractor performs any work applicable under such policies.

1. Public liability insurance: a minimum of $2,000,000 ($1,000,000 regular and $1,000,000 umbrella) per occurrence Commercial General Liability insurance with the City named as an additional insured on a primary and non-contributory basis on the Commercial General Liability policy. The following coverages shall be included: premises and operations bodily injury and property damage, personal and advertising injury, blanket contractual liability products, and completed operations liability.
2. Business Auto Policy with all coverages for all vehicles with a minimum of $2,000,000 ($1,000,000 regular and $1,000,000 umbrella) combined single limit liability. The following coverages shall be included: owned, hired, and non-owned automobiles.
3. Garage Keepers Legal Liability policy with a minimum of $250,000 per occurrence liability;
4. Hazardous Load Insurance as required by federal and state law;

A. Commercial general liability insurance in an amount not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000) for death, bodily injury, including, without limitation, injuries sustained from assault and battery, and property damage arising out of a single occurrence;
B. Automobile liability insurance of two million dollars ($2,000,000) per person for death, bodily injury and property damage;
C. Garage Keepers Legal Liability;

Policies and Limits. Without limitation of his obligations and responsibilities the CONTRACTOR shall at his own cost provide and maintain in full force and effect for the duration of the CONTRACT the following insurances, placed with insurers acceptable to the COMPANY and with the COMPANY endorsed as additional insured for their respective rights and interests:
(a) Xxxxxxx Compensation and Employer’s Liability Insurance; as prescribed by APPLICABLE LAWS where the SERVICES are performed and, where applicable, the states, provinces and/or countries where CONTRACTOR’s PERSONNEL perform the SERVICES.
