Right of Access to Premises. At any time during the exit management period and for such period of time following termination or expiry of the SLA, where assets are located at the selected bidder’s premises, the selected bidder will be obliged to give reasonable rights of access to (or, in the case of assets located on a third party's premises, procure reasonable rights of access to RISL or its nominated agencies, and/ or any replacement operator in order to inventory the assets.
