Right of Administrative Appraisal Committee. Upon request of either party, the Board and the Association shall establish an Administrator Appraisal Committee that shall be responsible for studying teacher evaluation of administrators, including the objectives of evaluation, evaluation instruments and procedures. The Committee shall consist of four teachers appointed by the Association, two administrators appointed by the Superintendent, and the Superintendent. The Board shall assume the cost of any travel or consultants required by the Committee, as approved by the Superintendent. All of the foregoing are granted solely to the Association and shall not be utilized by any other teacher organization.
