Right of Appeal—Fire Management Employee. Employees shall have the right to appeal a disciplinary action taken under this section, except for warnings. There is no right of appeal for a warning. An appeal of a punitive action (i.e., dismissal, demotion, suspension, reduction in salary, written reprimand, or transfer for purposes of punishment) will be processed in accordance with Article 27.
