Right of Assignment Change and Access. NYU School of Law reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, to change or cancel any space assignment at any time during the term or to enter any room to: 1. Consolidate partially-filled apartments. 2. Ascertain, upon reasonable cause, whether the repair is or may be necessary. 3. Inspect for compliance with health, fire, and building codes or University regulations, and handle by the Law School, in its sole discretion, deemed to be necessary. Every reasonable effort will be made in such cases to provide you with adequate notice. If an assignment change is needed, a similar apartment type will be offered.
