Common use of Right of Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Right of Enforcement. A vested right set forth in the conservation easement deed, equal in scope to the right of inspection and enforcement granted to the eligible entity, that the Chief, on behalf of the United States, may exercise under specific circumstances in order to enforce the terms of the conservation easement when not enforced by the holder of the easement.
