Common use of RIGHT OF FLIGHT Clause in Contracts

RIGHT OF FLIGHT. Authority reserves unto itself, its successors and assigns, for the use and benefit of the public, a right of flight for the passage of aircraft in the airspace above the surface of the Operations Areas together with the right to cause in said airspace such noise as may be inherent in the operations of aircraft now known or hereafter used, for navigation of or flight in the said airspace for landing on, taking off from, or operating on the Airport.

RIGHT OF FLIGHT. Authority reserves unto itself, its successors and assigns, for the use and benefit of the public, a right of flight for the passage of aircraft in the airspace above the surface of the Operations Areas Assigned Area together with the right to cause in said airspace such noise as may be inherent in the operations of aircraft now known or hereafter used, for navigation of or flight in the said airspace for landing on, taking off from, or operating on the Airport.

RIGHT OF FLIGHT. The Authority reserves unto itself, its successors and assignsreserves, for the use and benefit of the public, a right of flight for the passage of aircraft in the airspace above the surface of the Operations Areas real property owned by Authority, including the Company Premises, together with the right to cause in said airspace such noise as may be inherent in the operations operation of aircraft aircraft, now known or hereafter used, for navigation of or flight in said airspace, and for the use of said airspace for landing on, taking off from, from or operating on the Airport.

RIGHT OF FLIGHT. RIGHT OF FLIGHT. The Authority reserves unto itself, its successors and assigns, for the use and benefit of the public, a right of flight for the passage of aircraft in the airspace above the surface of the Operations Areas leased premises, together with the right to cause in said airspace such air space such noise as may be inherent in to the operations operation of aircraft now not known or hereafter used, for navigation ; and the Authority reserves the right of or flight in the using said airspace for landing onat, taking off from, or operating on the said Airport.
