Common use of Right of Ingress and Egress Clause in Contracts

Right of Ingress and Egress. The right of ingress to and egress from the Operations Areas and over public roadways serving the Airport for Operator, its agents and employees, patrons and invitees, suppliers of service and furnishers of material, and its authorized subcontractors, if any. The right of ingress and egress shall be subject to such laws, rules, regulations, and orders as now or may hereafter have application at the Airport.
