USE OF AIRPORT FACILITIES. Lessee has the nonexclusive right to the use of the public rest rooms, roadways, and other public places and public facilities provided by County on the Airport.
USE OF AIRPORT FACILITIES. LESSEE shall be entitled, in common with others so authorized, to the use of all facilities and improvements of a public nature which now are or may hereafter be connected with or appurtenant to the Airport, including but not limited to terminal facilities but only those parking areas leased in this Lease.
USE OF AIRPORT FACILITIES. The occupant has the privilege of using the public portions of the airport. Use of the airport is under the rules and conditions as now exist or may be enacted in the future by the City, the State of Minnesota, or the United State government. The occupant is subject to customary charges for such use as may be established from time to time by the City.
USE OF AIRPORT FACILITIES. County shall allow Operator use of all facilities on the Airport that are normally open to and usable by the public, subject to Airport rules and regulations, except that beer and wine sales will be allowed. The right to use Airport facilities shall be non-exclusive. The Airport and its operations shall remain under the control of County throughout the period of this Agreement. Operator’s use of the Airport is conditional upon complying with the terms and requirements of this Agreement including all reasonable instructions of county personnel during the term of the Agreement.

The right to use Airport facilities shall be non-exclusive. The Airport and its operations shall remain under the control of County throughout the period of this Agreement. Operator’s use of the Airport is conditional upon complying with the terms and requirements of this Agreement including all reasonable instructions of County personnel during the term of the Agreement. Operator’s use of the Airport premises for vehicle parking purposes is limited to the area described and shown on Appendix “A”, “Parking Map”.
USE OF AIRPORT FACILITIES. In connection with this Agreement, FBO shall have full access, together with its employees and invitees, its sub-lessees and their employees, without charge, to and from the leased premises, and to and from all public spaces and facilities on the airport including the use of landing areas, runways, taxiways, and aircraft parking areas designated by the DIVISION.
USE OF AIRPORT FACILITIES. LESSEE shall be entitled, in common with others so authorized, to the use of all facilities and improvements of a public nature which now are or may hereafter be connected with or appurtenant to the Airport, including but not limited to, the use of landing areas, runways, taxiways, navigational aids, terminal facilities and aircraft parking areas designated by DISTRICT.
A. Maintenance and Repairs. LESSEE has had the opportunity to inspect the Premises and accepts the Premises, as well as the improvements thereon, “as-is” in their present condition and acknowledges that the Premises and the improvements are in good, clean, safe and tenantable condition as of the date of the Lease. DISTRICT, at DISTRICT's cost and expense, shall maintain in good condition and repair the exterior roof, exterior walls, structural supports, and foundations of the Premises, provided that DISTRICT shall not be liable for any damage to LESSEE or the property of LESSEE resulting from DISTRICT's failure to make any repairs required by this section unless written notice of the need for such repairs has been given to DISTRICT by LESSEE and DISTRICT has failed for a period of thirty (30) days after the receipt of such notice to make such repairs. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, LESSEE shall, at LESSEE's own cost and expense, keep and maintain all portions of the Premises, as well as all improvements on said Premises, in good order and repair and in a safe arm, clean condition as they were when received from DISTRICT, reasonable wear and tear excepted. DISTRICT shall have no obligation to repair, maintain or restore the Premises or to maintain any security or policing against theft, vandalism, malicious mischief, riot, social disorders or other public offenses.
USE OF AIRPORT FACILITIES. Landlord shall allow Tenant full use of all facilities on the Airport which are normally open to and usable by the public, subject to Airport rules and regulations. The right to use Airport facilities shall be non- exclusive and shall allow Tenant to use the runway, taxiways, loading and transient aprons, fueling facilities, parking areas and any other facilities as required, if they are normally furnished to the public. If Landlord normally receives payment for use of the facilities, Tenant shall pay Landlord in accordance with fees charged users of the facilities.
USE OF AIRPORT FACILITIES. Tenant shall have the nonexclusive right to the use of the runways and taxiways of the Airport, the public waiting rooms, rest rooms, and other public places in the Airport, the roadways and landing aids, and other public facilities provided by the County.
