Right of Recession. The Borrower(s) shall be given upto 3 working days to cancel the disbursement and return the amount already disbursed. The Borrower(s) agrees to pay interest on the amount disbursed at the rate mentioned in the Schedule and it shall be at the sole discretion of the Bank to partially/fully waive the amount of interest charged for the 3 days.

Right of Recession. Client acknowledges that he/she has had a reasonable opportunity (i.e., at least 48 hours) to review all the Investment Management Company’s disclosure documents including ADV Part II, and to discuss the contents of these documents with professionals of his/her choosing, prior to the execution of this Agreement. Any Client who has not received a copy of the Investment Management Company’s disclosure documents and ADV Part II at least 48 hours prior to execution of this Agreement shall have (5) business days from the date of execution of this Agreement to terminate Adviser’s services without penalty. If Client terminates this Agreement within five (5) business days of its signing, Client shall receive a full refund of all fees and expenses.
