Common use of Right to Advance to Completion Clause in Contracts

Right to Advance to Completion. In the event the Service Provider fails to fulfil any of its obligations, or fails to cure any breach in accordance with Clause 8.2, and the Agreement is terminated by the Principal, the Principal may advance the Service to completion by employing the services of other professional service supplier(s) or by other means available to the Principal. The Service Provider shall be liable to the Principal for any and all additional costs incurred due to failure by the Service Provider to perform. The rights and remedies available to the Principal set forth in accordance with this Clause 8.6 shall be in addition to any and all other rights and remedies available under Applicable Law.
