Right to Approve Labels, etc. If Licensor so requests, Licensee shall not use any label, advertisement or marketing material that contains the Xxxx unless such label, advertisement or marketing material has first been submitted to and approved by Licensor. Licensor shall not unreasonably withhold its approval of any such label, advertisement or marketing material.
