Common use of Right to Bind Clause in Contracts

Right to Bind. Executive shall be granted signing rights and approval rights on any and all legal documents and contracts of the Company, it being agreed that any two (2) of the following individuals be the only corporate officers allowed to sign for and bind the Company, they being the Executive (Xxxxxx Xxxxx), Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx.

Right to Bind. Executive shall be granted signing rights and approval rights on any and all legal documents and contracts of the Company, it if being agreed that any two (2) of the following individuals be the only corporate officers allowed to sign for and bind the Company, they being the Executive (Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxx), Xxxxxx X. Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxx or and/or Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx.

Right to Bind. Executive shall be granted signing rights and approval rights on any and all legal documents and contracts of the Company, it being agreed that any two (2) of the following individuals key corporate offices be the only corporate officers allowed to sign for and bind the Company, they being including the Executive (Executive, Xxxxxx Xxxxx), Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx.
