Right to Change Common Areas. Landlord may do and perform such acts in and to the Common Areas as, Landlord, in its good business judgment, shall determine to be advisable but Landlord shall not do anything to materially disrupt or interfere with access to the Premises. Landlord hereby reserves the right to make alterations, additions, deletions or changes to the Common Areas, including, but not limited to, changes in its size and configuration but Landlord shall not do anything to materially disrupt or interfere with access to the Premises.
