Common use of Right to Change Plans Clause in Contracts

Right to Change Plans. Executive shall not be obligated to institute, maintain, or refrain from changing, amending, or discontinuing any benefit plan, program, or perquisite referred to in Section 2(b), so long as such changes are similarly applicable to other peer executives of Employer.
