RIGHT TO CHASTISE OR CORRECT CONTINUES. The application of B.4.1 to B.4.8 of this contract do not abrogate the right of an officer and/or a person who has authority over the Applicant to chastise or correct, by way of guidance, inappropriate acts, omissions or failures in the performance displayed by the Applicant.
