Common use of Right to commingle Clause in Contracts

Right to commingle. Gatherer has the right to commingle the Dedicated Production received in the System with other shippers’ Gas. It is recognized that Dedicated Production delivered at a Delivery Point may not be the same molecules as those received at a Receipt Point. The quantities of Dedicated Production delivered at a Delivery Point will be Thermally Equivalent to the quantities of Dedicated Production received in accordance with the terms of this Agreement at a Receipt Point, less Shipper’s share of Fuel and Lost Gas, and any applicable reduction pursuant to Section 3.3.3 of this Agreement.
