Right to compensation for improvements. (This applies to secure tenants only, except where introductory tenants have been granted permission to carry out alterations and they fulfil the conditions set out in the scheme). At the end of your tenancy you have the right to claim compensation from us for certain kinds of improvements that you have made to the property with our written permission. This applies to improvements that would normally form part of our ‘duty to provide’ and that were carried out after 1 April 1994.
