Contents Insurance. Insurance in commercially reasonable amounts and on commercially reasonable terms, against fire, sprinkler leakage, vandalism, and the extended coverage perils for the full insurable value of all contents of Tenant within the Premises, and of all office furniture, trade fixtures, office equipment, merchandise and all other items of Tenant’s property on the Premises and business interruption insurance in commercially reasonable amounts and on commercially reasonable terms. Tenant shall deliver to Landlord, at least fifteen (15) days prior to the earlier of (i) the Commencement Date of this Lease or (ii) the date Tenant takes possession of the Premises, certificates of the insurance required by this Section 9.1 and evidence of payment of all premiums. Such policies of insurance shall be renewed and certificates of the new policies and evidence of payment of all premiums shall be deposited with Landlord at least forty-five (45) days prior to the expiration of the old policies.

Contents Insurance. Should your property suffer for example from a fire or flood, the repair of the structure, exterior and fabric of your property is our responsibility as the landlord. We are also responsible for installations including the kitchen and bathroom where fitted by us. However as the tenant you are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate level of contents insurance for your own personal possessions, belongings and decorations should any accident occur. You would therefore be responsible for replacing any household items such as furniture, including carpets and fixtures and fittings that you have installed or personal items or effects owned by you.

Contents Insurance. 3.13.1 The Association will arrange appropriate “Clubs and Community Groups” insurance on behalf of the Association. In consultation with Council the insurance may be sourced through Local Government Risk Services and shall cover the Association’s contents and may cover the associations fixtures and fittings, loss of profits, theft, money, general property, , machinery breakdown and fidelity guarantee. 3.13.2 The Association will arrange appropriate “Clubs and Community Groups” insurance on behalf of the Association including Associations and Officials liability and volunteers personal accident cover. 3.13.3 The Association will pay any excess payable for any claim made under the insurance policy referred to in clause 3.13.1. 3.13.4 The Council will arrange appropriate contents insurance to cover the Council’s contents and fixtures and fittings, loss of profits, plate glass, theft, money, general property, accident, machinery breakdown and fidelity guarantee. 3.13.5 The Council will pay any excess payable for any claim made under the insurance policy referred to in clause 3.13.3.
Contents Insurance. At all times, Tenant will maintain coverage for the loss or damage of the personal property and contents that the Tenant elects to store in the Premises from any and all forms of loss or peril including, but not limited to, loss by virtue of fire, flood and/or theft such coverage also naming the Landlord as an “additionally insured party”. Tenant agrees not to hold Landlord responsible for the cost for the loss or damage of any personal property or contents that Tenant elects to store within the Premises. Such Insurance policy is to contain adequate coverage for loss or damage to the interior of the Premises as well as the contents or Personal Property located in the Premises for an amount of coverage as deemed to be the replacement value thereof.
Contents Insurance. Concessionaire shall be solely responsible for obtaining insurance policies that provide coverage for losses of Concessionaire owned property including, without limitation, Concessionaire’s personal property and Removable Fixtures. The City shall not be required to provide such insurance coverage or be responsible for payment of Concessionaire’s cost for such insurance.
