The Individual shall have the right to continue after the Separation Date his group health, dental, and vision insurance benefits, if any, for himself and his dependents, at his own expense (except as provided in paragraph 5 below) in accordance with the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (“COBRA”).
