Right to deletion images. The Contributor has the right to request the removal of an individual image or of all images which he/she has supplied, providing that there are compelling legal reasons. It can take up to 180 days for images to be deleted by all our Partners. Any and all costs incurred in the course of the deletion process will be carried by the Contributor. In such cases, paragraph 10.8 applies and rights of usage granted to third parties will remain even after the images have been deleted.

  • Right to Refuse Unsafe Work Employees have the right to refuse to perform unsafe work pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations of the Workers Compensation Act.

  • Right to Refuse Work Consistent with M.S. 182.654, Subd. 11, employees have the right to refuse work in certain circumstances as specified in the statute.

  • Specific Restrictions on Use of Licensed Materials Unauthorized Use. Licensee shall not knowingly permit anyone other than Authorized Users to use the Licensed Materials.

  • Notification of Modifications of Licensed Materials From time to time, the Licensor may add, change, or modify portions of the Licensed Materials, or migrate the Licensed Materials to other formats. When such changes, modifications, or migrations occur, the Licensor shall give prior written notice of any such changes to the Licensee and the Participating Institutions as soon as is practicable, but in no event less than sixty (60) days in advance of such event. If any of the changes, modifications, or migrations renders the Licensed Materials substantially less useful to the Participating Institutions or their Authorized Users, the Licensee may seek to terminate this Agreement for breach pursuant to Section 11.
