Common use of Right to Deny Access Clause in Contracts

Right to Deny Access. (a) PanAmSat may deny access by Customer to the Service Transponder in any circumstance in which PanAmSat would have the right to terminate this Agreement for cause under Section 7.5 of the Transponder Service Agreement, referenced below, provided that any notice that would be required for termination under Section 7.5 is also given for any such denial access.

Right to Deny Access.
