Common use of Right to dispose of property left on premises Clause in Contracts

Right to dispose of property left on premises. If the Tenant leaves any property oi the Leased Premises after vacating or abandonment of the Leased Premises , Tenant will be deemed to have abandoned the property, and Landlord and Agent will have the right to dispose of the property as provided by law. Prescriptions and medical equipment will be kept for seven (7) days from date of Tenant notification of prescriptions or medical equipment.
