Right to Documents. Upon receipt of the Option Termination Notice, Kite Realty shall forthwith deliver (or cause to be delivered) to Optionor and shall be deemed to have assigned to Optionor (without the execution of further documentation or instruments), any governmental applications, permits, maps, plans, specifications and other documents in its possession or that it has made or contracted to be made respecting the Property or the LLC Interest, including, without limitation, all engineering reports, surveys, soil tests, seismic studies, environmental reports, grading, flood control and drainage plans, design renderings, market analyses, feasibility studies, proposed tentative, parcel and final maps, and all correspondence with governmental agencies and their personnel concerning the same (other than materials in Kite Realty’s or any subsidiary’s or affiliated company’s possessions orpursuant to any continuing agreement between Kite Realty, on the one hand, and Optionor or any of the Members, on the other hand).

Right to Documents. A. In order for the Guild to discharge its legal duty to represent members of its bargaining unit against whom complaints have been made, the District shall provide the Guild with complete copies of all documents related to such complaints, although these documents may be partially redacted. Redactions shall not exceed the minimum that is legally necessary to protect the privacy rights of individuals.
B. If the Guild requests copies of such documents and if the faculty member in question gives their permission for these copies to be given, then they shall be given to the Guild within 5 working days. In such a case, no interview of the accused faculty member shall occur until there has been adequate time for preparation after these documents have been provided, unless the faculty member consents to be interviewed at an earlier date.
(1) At least two business days before he or she is placed on involuntary paid administrative leave (a temporary leave from a job assignment, with pay and benefits intact), each academic employee who is subject to allegation or allegations of misconduct shall be notified in writing of the general nature of the accusations of misconduct upon which the decision to place the employee on involuntary paid administrative leave is based.
(2) Within 90 days of placing an academic employee on involuntary paid administrative leave, the employer should complete its investigation of the accused misconduct and initiate disciplinary proceedings against, or reinstate, the employee.
D. The requirement in Section 17 C1 does not apply in the event of a serious risk of physical danger or other necessity arising from the specific allegations, in which case the employee may immediately be placed on involuntary paid administrative leave. However, in this case, the employee shall be provided with, at minimum, the general nature of the accusations made against him or her within five (5) business days of the employee being placed on involuntary paid administrative leave.

If this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 8.1(b), USI shall forthwith deliver (or cause to be delivered) to Optionor and shall be deemed to have assigned to Optionor (without the execution of further documentation or instruments), any governmental applications, permits, maps, plans, specifications and other documents in its possession or that it has made, with respect to any Option Property not conveyed to USI pursuant hereto, including, without limitation, all engineering reports, surveys, soil tests, seismic studies, environmental reports, grading, flood control and drainage plans, design renderings, market analyses, feasibility studies, proposed tentative, parcel and final maps, and all correspondence with governmental agencies and their personnel concerning the same (other than materials in USI’s or any subsidiary’s or affiliated company’s possessions or pursuant to any continuing agreement between USI, on the one hand, and Optionor, on the other hand).

In the event that the Option is not ------------------ exercised, or the Acquisition Escrow fails to close for any reason other than a default by the Transferor, upon receipt of the Option Termination Notice, the Transferee shall forthwith deliver to the Transferor and shall be deemed to have assigned to the Transferor, without the execution of any additional documents, all of the Transferee's right, title and interest in all studies, reports, governmental applications, permits, maps, plans, specifications and other documents in its possession or that it has made or contracted to be made respecting the Property, including without limitation all engineering reports, surveys, soil tests, seismic studies, environmental reports, grading, flood control and drainage plans, design renderings, market analyses, feasibility studies, proposed tentative, parcel and final maps, and all correspondence with governmental agencies and their personnel concerning the same.
Right to Documents. Upon request, one copy of any document contained therein shall be afforded the employee at the District's expense. Additional copies will be at the employee's expense.

Right to Documents. Unless otherwise provided, all documents relating to the Benefit Plan, including any materials submitted by a Customer in connection with the Benefit Plan shall be Horizon BCBSNJ’s property to the extent any such documents does not include Master Broker’s Proprietary Business Information. In the event such documents include confidential information of Master Broker, Horizon BCBSNJ agrees to safeguard the information in accordance with the confidentiality provisions of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, Horizon BCBSNJ has the right, upon 30 days advance written request, to have available documentation returned. Where return of document is impracticable, Master Broker shall destroy any requested documents in accordance with Horizon BCBSNJ direction.
