Teacher Contracts A. Contracts for the employment of teachers shall be of two types: Limited Contracts and Continuing Contracts.
Other Contracts The Board of Supervisors may undertake or award other contracts for additional Work, and the Contractor shall fully cooperate with such other contractors and County employees and carefully fit his own Work to such additional Work as may be directed by OC Public Works. The Contractor shall not commit or permit any act, which will interfere with the performance of Work by any other contractor or by County employees.
No Interference with Other Contracts To the best of Contractor’s knowledge, this Agreement does not create a material conflict of interest or default under any of Contractor’s other contracts. No Litigation. No suit, action, arbitration, or legal, administrative, or other proceeding or governmental investigation is pending or threatened that may adversely affect Contractor’s ability to perform the Services.
AWARD OF SUBCONTRACTS AND OTHER CONTRACTS FOR PORTIONS OFTHE WORK Unless other procedures are specified or required by the Contract Documents or the Bidding Documents, then the following provisions are applicable:
Other Contractors District reserves the right to enter into other agreements for work additional or related to the subject matter of this Contract, and Contractor agrees to cooperate fully with these other contractors and with the District. When requested by District, Contractor shall coordinate its performance under this Contract with such additional or related work. Contractor shall not interfere with the work performance of any other contractor or District employees.
ENUMERATION OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS § 9.1 The Contract Documents, except for Modifications issued after execution of this Agreement, are enumerated in the sections below.
Termination of Contracts Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has sent or received any communication regarding termination of, or intent not to renew, any material contract or agreement referred to or described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus or filed as an exhibit to the Registration Statement, and no such termination or non-renewal has been threatened by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or by any other party to any such contract or agreement.
Rights Under Other Agreements Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, nothing herein shall be construed as relinquishing or foreclosing any rights, including but not limited to firm transmission rights, capacity rights, transmission congestion rights, or transmission credits, that the Interconnection Customer shall be entitled to, now or in the future, under any other agreement or tariff as a result of, or otherwise associated with, the transmission capacity, if any, created by the Network Upgrades, including the right to obtain cash reimbursements or transmission credits for transmission service that is not associated with the Small Generating Facility.
Relationship with other agreements The implementation of this Treaty shall not prejudice obligations undertaken by States Parties with regard to existing international agreements, to which they are party, where those obligations are consistent with the Treaty.
Relation to Other Agreements 1. The Parties reaffirm their rights and obligations under the WTO Agreement or any other agreements to which both Parties are parties.
