RIGHT TO ENTER In permitting the use of the Facility described herein, Alamo Colleges District does not relinquish control or custody thereof and does hereby specifically retain the right to enforce any and all laws, rules and/or policies and procedures of Alamo Colleges District applicable thereto. All portions of the Facility will at all times be under the charge and control of Alamo Colleges District. Alamo Colleges District’s agent or other authorized representative of Alamo Colleges District may enter upon the Facility at all times to make inspections to ensure compliance with this Agreement.
LANDLORD'S RIGHT TO ENTER Landlord and its agents shall have the right to enter the Leased Premises during normal business hours after giving Tenant reasonable notice and subject to Tenant's reasonable security measures for the purpose of (i) inspecting the same; (ii) showing the Leased Premises to prospective purchasers, mortgagees or tenants; (iii) making necessary alterations, additions or repairs; and (iv) performing any of Tenant's obligations when Tenant has failed to do so. Landlord shall have the right to enter the Leased Premises during normal business hours (or as otherwise agreed), subject to Tenant's reasonable security measures, for purposes of supplying any maintenance or services agreed to be supplied by Landlord. Landlord shall have the right to enter the Outside Areas during normal business hours for purposes of (i) inspecting the exterior of the Building and the Outside Areas; (ii) posting notices of nonresponsibility (and for such purposes Tenant shall provide Landlord at least thirty days' prior written notice of any work to be performed on the Leased Premises); and (iii) supplying any services to be provided by Landlord. Any entry into the Leased Premises or the Outside Areas obtained by Landlord in accordance with this paragraph shall not under any circumstances be construed or deemed to be a forcible or unlawful entry into, or a detainer of, the Leased Premises, or an eviction, actual or constructive of Tenant from the Leased Premises or any portion thereof. In exercising its rights under this Section 4.9, Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize interference with Tenant's use of the Leased Premises and the Outside Areas.
Reservation of Right to Hold In some cases, we will not make all of the funds that you deposit by check available to you on the same business day that we receive your deposit. Depending on the type of check that you deposit, funds may not be available until the second business day after the day of your deposit. However, the first $225 of your deposit will be available on the first business day after the day of your deposit. If we are not going to make all of the funds from your deposit available on the first business day, we will notify you at the time you make your deposit. We will also tell you when the funds will be available. If your deposit is not made directly to one of our employees, or if we decide to take this action after you have left the premises, we will mail you the notice by the day after we receive your deposit. If you will need the funds from a deposit right away, you should ask us when the funds will be available.
Right to Refuse Work Consistent with M.S. 182.654, Subd. 11, employees have the right to refuse work in certain circumstances as specified in the statute.
Right to Refuse Unsafe Work Employees have the right to refuse to perform unsafe work pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations of the Workers Compensation Act.
Right to Refuse Overtime All employees shall have the right to refuse to work overtime, except when required to do so in emergency situations, without being subject to disciplinary action for so refusing.
HOW TO ENTER To enter, an Entrant must be (i) present at Staples Center and seated in his/her/their validly- assigned ticketed seat at the time the Contest Period begins and (ii) be displaying LA Clippers fandom through apparel, accessories, or signage, displaying LA Clippers name and/or colors.
