Common use of Right to Extend Lease Term Clause in Contracts

Right to Extend Lease Term. TENANT shall have the right to extend the LEASE TERM, on the terms and provisions set forth in this LEASE, for one (1) additional period of five (5) years (the “EXTENDED TERM”) following expiration of the INITIAL LEASE TERM by giving written notice of exercise to LANDLORD at least one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the expiration of the INITIAL LEASE TERM. The BASE RENT during each such EXTENDED TERM shall be subject to increase as set forth in Section 3.03.

Right to Extend Lease Term. TENANT shall have the right to extend the LEASE TERM, on the terms and provisions set forth in this LEASE, for one (1) additional period of five (5) years (the “EXTENDED TERM”) following expiration of the INITIAL LEASE TERM by giving written notice of exercise to LANDLORD at least one hundred eighty Store #27 (180) days prior to the expiration of the INITIAL LEASE TERM. The BASE RENT during each such EXTENDED TERM shall be subject to increase as set forth in Section 3.03.
