Right to make alterations, etc. Subject to the approval of the relevant Government authorities, at any time hereafter and from time to time to change, amend, vary, add to or alter the plans of any Units or any part or parts of the Building owned by the First Owner, to determine or change or alter the number of the Units to be included, constructed or erected in or on the Building, to change or alter the location and/or the areas and/or users of any Units or part or parts of the Building owned by the First Owner, and to carry out all necessary works (including without limitation any addition and alteration works) to the relevant part of the Common Areas and Facilities, without the concurrence or approval of any other Owner PROVIDED THAT:- (i) the right of other Owners to the exclusive use and enjoyment of their Units shall not be adversely affected; and (ii) access to and from any part or parts of the Building shall not be impeded or restricted.
