Common use of Right to Make Periodic or Spot Inspections Clause in Contracts

Right to Make Periodic or Spot Inspections. SBC-13STATE shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make periodic or spot inspections of all facilities attached to SBC-13STATE’s Structure. These inspections will not be made more often than once every 2 years unless in SBC-13STATE’s judgement such inspections are required for reasons involving safety or because of an alleged violation of the terms of this Agreement.
