  • RIGHT TO DEVELOP AIRPORT It is covenanted and agreed that Authority reserves the right to further develop or improve the Airport and all landing areas and taxiways as it may see fit, regardless of the desires or views of Company or its subcontractors and without interference or hindrance.

  • Right to Stop Work If Contractor fails to correct any defective Work or repeatedly fails to perform the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents, Owner shall have the right to order Contractor to stop performing the Work, or any portion thereof, until the cause for such order is eliminated.

  • Owner’s Right to Stop Work The Owner reserves the right, for itself and for any designated Construction Inspector retained by Owner, upon observation of apparent nonconforming Work, to immediately stop the affected Work.   • Right to Have Xxxxxxx Present (a) An employee shall have the right to have their xxxxxxx present at any discussion with supervisory personnel which the employee believes might be the basis of disciplinary action. Where a supervisor intends to interview an employee for disciplinary purposes, the supervisor shall make every effort to notify the employee in advance of the purpose of the interview in order that the employee may contact their xxxxxxx, providing that this does not result in an undue delay of the appropriate action being taken. This clause shall not apply to those discussions that are of an operational nature and do not involve disciplinary action.
