Common use of Right to Purchase Incremental Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Right to Purchase Incremental Aircraft. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, Customer will have the right to purchase (Purchase Right) thirty-eight (38) additional Boeing Model 767-3S2F aircraft as purchase right aircraft (Purchase Right Aircraft).
