Right to Redress. The provisions of this Article XI are not intended to set forth the exclusive remedies available if any Partners shall be in default under this Agreement and shall be in addition to each and every other remedy now or hereafter existing. A Partner may institute legal action against the other Partner in its own name or that of the Partnership if such other, Partner is in default under this Agreement with no consent required on the part of such defaulting Partner.
