Right to refer dispute to mediation. If the Dispute is not resolved within 15 Working Days of a party being notified of the Dispute under clause 14.1, and notwithstanding the parties may have not yet met or concluded a meeting to attempt to resolve the Dispute, either party may give a notice to the other requiring that the Dispute be referred to mediation.
