Right to Representative at Disciplinary Meeting. Any unit member shall, upon request, have the right to have a representative of his/her choice present at any meeting which involves disciplinary action. If a unit member is at a meeting which is or becomes of a disciplinary nature, the unit member shall have the right to postpone such meeting for a reasonable time until a representative is available to attend the meeting. The District shall then make reasonable accommodation to the unit member’s representative to attend the continuance of such meeting. (See Article 15.5.)

In any event, Recipient shall be fully liable for any breach of this Confidentiality Agreement by its Representatives as though committed by Recipient itself.
