You have the right to request that we communicate with you about appointments or other matters related to your services in a specific way or at a specific location. For example, you can ask that we only contact you at work, or by mail at a post office box. To request confidential communications, you must make your request in writing to your Agency case manager or the person in charge of your services. Your request must specify how or where you wish to be contacted.
