Monetary Relief 38. Any claim for monetary relief shall not extend more than twenty (20) days prior to the filing of a grievance, unless considerations of equity or bad faith justify a greater entitlement.
Settlement Relief A. An Injunction, as set forth below in Section II.E hereof.
Jury Duty and Court Appearances (1) An employee who is summoned as a member of a jury panel or subpoenaed as a witness in a matter not involving the employee's personal interests, shall be granted leave with pay and any jury or witness fees shall be retained by the employee; leave granted hereunder shall not affect an employee's annual or sick leave balance.
Indemnification Against Third-Party Claims Each Party (the Indemnifying Party) agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the other Party (the Indemnified Party) and the other Party’s Subsidiaries, predecessors, successors, Affiliates, and assigns, and all current and former officers, directors, members, shareholders, agents, contractors and employees of all such persons and entities (collectively, with Indemnified Party, the “Indemnitee Group”), from any and all Claims (as hereinafter defined).
