Right to Submit a Grievance. (a) An employee who feels that she has been treated unjustly or who considers herself aggrieved by an action or lack of action by the Corporation should discuss the complaint with her immediate supervisor prior to submitting a grievance under (b) below. (b) Such an employee may submit a grievance through her authorized Association Representative. An aggrieved employee shall be represented by an authorized Association Representative when the grievance is being discussed at any level of the grievance procedure.
