Right to Terminate Agreement. This Agreement may be terminated prior to the Closing: (a) by the mutual agreement of the Company and the Purchaser; (b) by the Purchaser at any time after the Termination Date, if any condition set forth in Section 7 shall not have been satisfied or waived; or (c) by the Company at any time after the Termination Date, if any condition set forth in Section 8 shall not have been satisfied or waived.
