Right to Terminate or Modify Plans. Nothing in this Article XIII express or implied shall be construed to prevent Purchaser from terminating or modifying to any extent or in any respect any benefit plan that Purchaser may assume, establish or maintain pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise.
