Right to Terminate (SCM 7. 85) The State reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately if any of the performance criteria are not met. (Refer to GTC, Exhibit C, Item 7. Termination for Cause) Contractor may submit a written request to terminate this agreement only if the State should substantially fail to perform its responsibilities as provided herein.
