Common use of Right to Use Common Areas Clause in Contracts

Right to Use Common Areas. As an appurtenant right to Tenant’s right to the use and occupancy of the Leased Premises, Tenant shall have the right to use the Common Areas in conjunction with its use of the Leased Premises solely for the purposes for which they were designed and intended and for no other purposes whatsoever. Tenant’s right to so use the Common Areas shall be subject to the limitations on such use as set forth in Article 1 and shall terminate concurrently with any termination of this Lease.
