Common use of Right to Use Clause in Contracts

Right to Use. A. Unless stated otherwise in this Agreement, You have the non-exclusive, non-assignable, non- transferable, and limited right to access and use the Service during the Term solely for Your educational operations and subject to the terms of this Agreement. You may permit Your End Users to use the Service for the foregoing purpose, and You are responsible for Your End Users’ compliance with the terms of this Agreement. B. You do not acquire any right or license to use the Service, or any of its features, beyond the scope and/or duration of the Service specified in this Agreement. Your right to access and use the Service will terminate upon the termination and/or expiration of this Agreement. C. Except as otherwise expressly stated in this Agreement, You agree that Apple has no obligation to provide any Apple Software, programs, services or products as part of the Service.
