Common use of Rights additional Clause in Contracts

Rights additional. All the rights, remedies and powers vested in the Pledgee hereunder shall be in addition to and not a limitation of any and every other right, power or remedy vested in the Pledgee and/or the Secured Creditors or any of them under this Deed, the Loan Agreement, the other Security Documents or at law and all the powers so vested in the Pledgee may be exercised from time to time and as often as the Pledgee may deem expedient.
