Rights and Obligations in the Event of a Compliance Deviation. In the event of a compliance deviation for any Aircraft, at the time Boeing tenders that Aircraft for delivery, Boeing will provide the applicable remedies set forth in Paragraph 1 and 2. Customer cannot refuse to accept delivery of such Aircraft because of such compliance deviation.
