RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PAR TIES. 2.1. The Company has the right, at any time and at its own discretion, send a request to the Client regarding provision of proof of validity with respect to any information specified in par. 1.5 of this Agreement. In case of the Client's refusal to comply with this request, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement unilaterally.
