RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER. 3.1 The Customer shall be obligated to bring these GTC to the knowledge of all passengers, and the Customer shall make sure that the safety regulations contained herein are compiled with by all passengers.
3.2 The Customer shall be obligated to provide GlobeAir with all information required to perform the flight (such as the passenger list and other information regarding the passengers, baggage or freight, in particular) in due time in order to permit a timely issuing of the transport documents according to item 2.2. These data shall be provided not later than 48 hours before the scheduled departure, unless otherwise agreed upon in the Charter Agreement.
3.3 The Customer shall be responsible for the correctness and completeness of the data listed in item 3.2, as well as for all damages caused by incorrect or incomplete data.
3.4 The Customer shall be obligated to ensure that all passengers have got the required travel documents prior to commencement of the flight.
3.5 The Customer shall be responsible for seeing to it that all passengers and/or consignors of freight have observed the passport and customs regulations, the regulations of health authorities and all other pertinent laws and regulations in the countries where landing is envisaged.
3.6 Any costs and fines imposed as a consequence of non-compliance with these provisions, laws and regulations shall be borne by the Customer, and GlobeAir shall be indemnified and held harmless in this respect.
3.7 All passengers on board of the aircraft shall follow the instructions of the crew.
3.8 Passengers shall appear at the airport in good time, but not later than 15 minutes before the scheduled departure, so as to ensure the timely departure and/or the use of a reserved slot.
3.9 The Customer shall see to it that no dangerous or prohibited baggage is taken on board.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER. 3.1 The Customer shall take all reasonable precautions to keep his PIN and PUK codes secret, and any other code sent to him that enables access to any service provided by Proximus. The Customer is responsible for any malevolent or abusive use resulting from the deliberate, fortuitous or accidental communication of the aforementioned codes and SIM card.

4.1.3. correctly fill in the forms provided by the Bank and follow the instructions of the Bank when giving payment orders;

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER a. The Service shall be used primarily for non-commercial purposes only. In the case of mobile wireless, use of the Service shall be limited to personal use, and in the case of fixed wireless, ADSL or cable modem service residential use only. PINE reserves the right to suspend or terminate Service accounts where data consumption or other evidence reasonably indicates that Customer is, or may be, using Service for substantially or entirely business, commercial, or other prohibited uses. PINE reserves the right to establish a monthly data consumption threshold per customer at any time by changing data plans.
b. Customer shall, at its own expense, undertake all necessary preparations required to comply with PINE's installation and maintenance instructions and maintain its own equipment. Customer may not use the Service in a manner to violate or attempt to violate any applicable local, state, federal or international law, order or regulation, including, but not limited to: • Engaging in any file sharing that violates or infringes on the copyright or other rights of others. • Taking part in any fraudulent activities, including impersonating any person or entity or forging anyone else's digital or manual signature. • Posting, uploading, or downloading child pornography.
c. Customer may not send or receive emails or data or use the Service in a way that is harmful to, or not wanted by, other users or persons, including, but not limited to: • Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial e-mail messages ("spam"). • Invading another person's privacy, stalking, harassing, or otherwise violating the rights of others. • Posting, transmitting, or disseminating content that is threatening, abusive, libelous, slanderous, or defamatory. • Restricting, inhibiting, or otherwise interfering with the ability of any other person to use or enjoy the equipment or the Service, including, without limitation, by posting or transmitting any information or software which contains a virus, lock, key, bomb, worm, Trojan horse, cancelbot, or other harmful feature. • Using an IP address not assigned to you.
d. PINE’s Service is intended only for lawful and non-harmful purposes and primarily for Customers’ own personal, household, or family purposes, except for customers subscribed to a commercial or business plan. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER. 5.1 The customer is obliged to: • timely pay and receive the Order in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; • to get acquainted with the information about the Services, which are posted on the site.
5.2 The customer has the right to: • place an Order for the Services listed on the relevant page of the website xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxx; • require the Contractor to provide Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; • other rights in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and this Agreement.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER. (1) The Customer shall be responsible for assessing the lawfulness of the data processing and for safeguarding the rights of data subjects.
(2) The Customer shall be entitled to monitor and audit compliance with the provisions on data protection and the contractual agreements at the Contractor to a reasonable extent itself or by third parties, in particular by obtaining information and inspecting the stored data and data processing programs. The Contractor shall, as far as necessary and possible, provide access and insight to the persons entrusted with the inspection. The Contractor is obliged to provide necessary information, to demonstrate procedures and to provide evidence which is necessary for the performance of an inspection. Inspections at the Contractor's premises shall be carried out without avoidable disruptions to its business operations. Unless otherwise indicated for urgent reasons to be documented by the Customer, inspections shall take place after reasonable advance notice and during business hours of the Contractor and not more frequently than every 12 months.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER. 5.1. The Customer shall:
5.1.1. get acquainted with the provisions herein and the Standard Terms at the time of registration on the Contractor's website or in the mobile application;
5.1.2. timely pay and receive services under the terms of this Agreement;
5.1.3. use his/her personal profile and mobile application, following the Standard Terms MyMeest;
5.1.4. provide the Contractor with information about the content/description of the Order and other information at the request of the Contractor or the International Representative Office;
5.1.5. indemnify losses caused to the Contractor or third parties involved by the Contractor to ensure the provision of services under this Agreement by providing false information regarding content of the Order or personal data of the user of personal profile
5.1.6. observe the list of goods prohibited for transportation and solely be responsible for the declaration correctness of information regarding the content/characteristics of the goods.
5.2. The Customer shall have the right to:
5.2.1. receive services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;
5.2.2. Ask the Contractor for information on the provision of services under this Agreement.
5.2.3. Ask the Contractor for the possibility of providing additional services that are not provided by the terms herein.
